Welcome to the website ofAPS ioien (ἰοίην) – in memory of Claudia Weiss Tamimi(hereinafter referred to as "the Association" or "ioien"). Access to and use of this website (www.ioien.org) are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Use. By browsing the site, the user unconditionally agrees to comply with these terms. The website has exclusively informative, educational, and awareness-raising purposes related to the activities of general interest carried out by the Association (humanitarian reception, protection of human rights, international cooperation, cultural and editorial activities). Through the site, it is also possible to:

  • View projects and informational articles (Blog/Stories).

  • Subscribe to the newsletter to receive updates.

  • Make voluntary donations to support the institutional projects of the Association.

All content on the site (including but not limited to: texts, articles, stories, photographs, images, logos, trademarks, videos, graphic settings) is owned by APS ioien or the respective authors and is protected by national and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Online Donations

Donations made through the website are processed via secure third-party payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).

  • Each donation is a spontaneous act of generosity aimed at pursuing the statutory and non-profit purposes of the Association.

  • As an APS/ETS, donations made to ioien may entitle donors to tax deductions or credits according to the limits set by Italian law (D.Lgs. 117/2017). The user is responsible for keeping payment receipts for tax purposes.
